Blueberry Sour Cream Pie

• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp. flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup Kustermans' blueberries
• Optional: Cream Pie Topping (see recipe below)

Beat until fluffy

Add flour, sugar, salt and vanilla

Fold in sour cream and mix until smooth

Fold in Kustermans' blueberries

Pour into unbaked pie shell

Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes

Cool before serving

Cream Pie Topping

• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 1/2 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts

Mix flour, butter and nuts together and sprinkle on pie before baking
