Blueberry Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette

Dressing

• 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
• 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Salad

• 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained well
• 1 cup Kustermans' blueberries
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, roasted
• Lettuce, Romaine lettuce and/or Spinach, torn or cut bite size

Combine lettuce, oranges, blueberries and pumpkin seeds in bowl.

Make dressing and drizzle over salad
