Blueberry Angel Dessert

• 1 pkg. (8 oz) Cream Cheese (softened)
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip (thawed)
• 1 Angel Food Cake (14 oz), cut into 1 inch cubes
• Kustermans' Blueberry Glaze (see Recipe below)

In large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar

Fold in whipped topping and cake cubes

Spread evenly in 13 x 9 dish.

Top with blueberry glaze

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.

Kustermans' Blueberry Glaze

• 1 cup sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 cup Kustermans' blueberries
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 cups Kustermans' blueberries

Mix sugar and cornstarch. Blend well.

Add water, cinnamon and 1/4 cup of Kustermans' blueberries

Place over medium heat and cook, stirring until thickened

Add lemon juice and the 2 cups of Kustermans' blueberries
