Pints of blueberries

About Our Farm

Kustermans' Blueberry Farm is a family owned operation. The first blueberry bushes were planted in 1984 by Tony Kustermans. However, it wasn't until 1994 that we opened as a "pick your own farm". After graduating from Ridgetown college in 1997, Tony's son Steve joined the operation and we have continued to expand ever since!

During the summer it can get quite hot. We encourage you to bring snacks or a picnic lunch to enjoy in the shade of our picnic shelter. Cold refreshments are also available on site.

Bring the Family

Children of all ages are welcome and we encourage you to bring them along. Picking blueberries is quite simple and we ensure that your child is fully equipped to help you gather lots of yummy blueberries. Please note that for health reasons, pets are not permitted on the farm.

When they need a break, we have plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. They will enjoy hours of fun on the playground, visiting the animals or playing in the sheltered play house and sand box.

Please note, the playground and animal farm are there for you and your children's enjoyment, however it is an unsupervised area. You are responsible for supervising your children at all times. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur.

Don't forget about the Animals!

We have lots of animal residents on the farm who are the highlight of many people's blueberry experience!
As farmers, we love all animals. Many of our animals come to us from homes that can no longer care for them. Some of our animals join us for the summer and return to their homes for the winter. Every new member of the farm is loved and cared for as their happiness is our priority.
